Mind Mingle Therapy offers dedicated one-to-one support for adults and young people working through life's hurdles. We provide a safe, professional environment using person-centred and positive psychology methods. Everything we do is built around you, ensuring your time in therapy is as unique and personal as you are.
Our sessions take place at our practice or online via Zoom, so you can access the support you need in the place where you feel most comfortable and at ease.
Taking the first step can feel daunting. We invite you to meet our therapist in a relaxed call to ensure you feel heard and comfortable from the start.
